We ensure the utmost integrity in handling repair requests. Upon receiving your jewellery, we will do our best to meet your expectations and offer insight if additional work is required to fulfill the request. After considering all input, we will provide you with an estimate and timeframe. We want to guarantee that you will be able to wear your jewellery with confidence and satisfaction.
For all gold smith repairs, we offer a 6-month guarantee if the specific work done on the item did not meet the requested expectations. Most often, the repaired area will be stronger than the rest of the jewellery piece, but we cannot offer a warranty for the entire item. Please continue to handle your fine jewellery with care as we do not take responsibility for stones missing, or chains breaking from extraordinary handling after repair.
For ring sizing, a sized ring that did not fit as initially requested may be subjected to another re-sizing repair fee. We strongly encourage customers who are in between sizes to visit us in-store for more personal guidance for ensuring satisfied ring fit.
Yes, we can size gold or silver rings. Ring sizing can be an intricate and laborious task. Each ring’s fit for each finger may be different from a variety of conditions. There are various resources to determine your ring size at home and online but we recommend either coming in store to assess your ring size or wear a ring that fits your finger well with a known ring size.
Our rings sold online come in a default ring size specified in the product description. Please be advised that if a different ring size is required, we will perform the gold smith work to resize the ring. This gold smith service is included as a one-time complimentary service. Once the ring has been re-sized, any further adjustment will be subject to regular resizing charges. When a ring undergoes any work, the product will be a final sale and no longer eligible for return.
